Image Solicits for October

We're looking WAY, WAY far ahead i know but never too early to get hype (i guess). I mean that's what comic guys do right? think way ahead and Image is fast becoming one of my favorite publishers (it's a lock between Dark Horse and Image at the moment), and they have some good stuff coming up as far as i can tell:

FEAR AGENT #1 - I'm starting to become a huge Tony Moore fan after TWD and Brit so i'm def giving this a try.

The Fear Agents are no more. Once known throughout the universe for driving three invading alien races from Earth, they stood as a testament to the strength of the human spirit. Now, Heath Huston drunkenly scuttles across the galaxy as an alien exterminator -- the last of their ranks. Combining the aesthetic elements of all three of the genres that made EC comics the high water mark of sequential storytelling -- science fiction, war, and horror -- Heath's adventures take readers on monthly jaunts to brave new worlds overrun by jellyfish brains, wild ape-men and rickety robots bent on intergalactic domination.

RUULE: GANGLORDS OF CHINATOWN TP - I read the first couple of these a few months back and have been waiting for the trade... I may or may not pick this up (who knoooooooooows?).
THE WALKING DEAD SCRIPT BOOK #1 - Interesting.
BATTLE POPE #5 - Can't wait for #2 much less #5!
FELL #2 - Ellis so it's got a better chance to be good than most. I'm loving Des Jones at the moment.

Detective Richard Fell, transferred over the bridge from the big city to the collapsing district of Snowtown, is still trying to make sense of his new life; juggling the awkward beginnings of a new relationship with the complications of a murder method new to him. Someone in Snowtown is killing pregnant women and stealing their foetuses... Each issue of Fiell is a self-contained story, like any episode of Law and Order.

FERRO CITY #3 - Hopefully #1 and 2 will be good so i'll buy #3. More info @ Newsarama.
INVINCIBLE #28 - Pull list until it jumps the shark (hopefully never).
SPAWN #151 - Here's to hoping the mini-reboot at #150 (new creative team, direction, etc.) works out since that's where i'm jumping on spawn.
THE WALKING DEAD #24 - Kirkman (good, good) and Charlie Adlard (whoa where's Moore go?). Rick's been starting to lose it for some time now... i can't wait until he finally cracks.

Something has happened to drive Rick over the edge. There's no turning back now as we reach the two-year mark on the zombie movie that never ends. Join the thousands of readers already enjoying this book as we ask, "Where do we go from here?" And trust us -- this is only the beginning.

BATTLE HYMN: FAREWELL TO THE FIRST GOLDEN AGE TP -

It's 1944, and the first gathering of super-powered heroes may very well be the last. What happens when the government assembles a new breed of super-powered beings at the height of war? Who lives? Who dies? And what exactly does the government have planned for the "heroes"? Battle Hymn: Farewell To The First Golden Age answers these questions with this beautiful collection of the sold-out acclaimed miniseries. Also including original character designs and concepts, background information and much more! Collects Battle Hymn #1-5.

I lost my taste for Image years ago. I'm going to be sticking to the big two for quite a while (though I'm gonna be reading Battle Pope for at least the first issue, because the concept of it is hillarious)

I'm still thinking about picking up Fell. It's cheap so that's an advantage.
